What size bag do I use?
The first time you use our service, send your laundry in a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag. When we return your laundry, we will give you our reusable bags that are of comparable size for free.
Will you pick up from my place of business or work?
Yes!
What area do you serve?
Most of Montgomery County and North Harris County.
What is the turnaround time?
If you choose a morning pick up window, it will be delivered the same day. If you choose an afternoon pick up window, it will be returned the following afternoon. If you choose a Friday afternoon pick up window, it will be delivered Monday afternoon.
What detergent do you use?
Dropps. It is an all natural plant based detergent. You are more than welcome to send your own as well.
What is a membership?
A membership is for clients who come on a consistent basis such as weekly or every other week. The membership is free to get, free to use, and free to cancel after 4 consecutive services.
What is a Flash Sale?
Every week, we take our 2 lowest time slots and put them on sale at a discounted rate.
