What is our refund policy?
Our refund is that we will refund you up to the amount of money that you spent on the particular service in question. We will not refund any amount over the amount that you have spent on the laundry service being questioned. To qualify for a refund, you must make a claim to our investigations department within 14 days of your service. After 14 days, your complaint is void and will not be compensated.
